In the second quarter of 2023, the top 5 navigation and maps applications on iOS in Hungary exhibited notable trends in user engagement and downloads. Here, we take a closer look at the performance metrics for Google Maps, Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, Google Earth, Természetjáró, a túratervező, and Speedometer ×. Google Maps experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 4.9K at the end of March and reaching approximately 11.9K by the end of June. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 348K and 360K throughout the quarter.
